UCL Dreamchaser Event Walkthrough
As of 26 March, the Capped Legends event has officially ended, and FC Mobile has now introduced its next major campaign - UCL Dreamchaser. This is a full 4-week event packed with multiple chapters, live upgrade cards, themed matches, and a draft system that will once again be the main focus for top rewards.
The event is divided into three chapters - Main, Chapter 1, and Chapter 2. The Main Chapter works as a central hub where you can navigate to all other sections like matches, challenges, and the UCL Draft. One of the key features here is the Dream Box. This is where players can target a free 116 OVR UCL player, but it requires some grinding. To unlock it, you need to complete all Theme Challenges from Chapter 1. Alongside the main reward, there are other UCL cards of different OVRs available in the Dream Box, which can be claimed using Dreamchaser Tokens. The box can also be refreshed using 150 tokens, and after refreshing it up to 15 times, the 116 OVR UCL card becomes guaranteed.
Moving into Chapter 1, this is where most of the gameplay takes place. It starts with skill games and matches that provide basic rewards like Gems, Coins, and most importantly, UEFA Dreamchaser Tokens, which are essential for progressing through the event.
Next comes the Duels section, which is based on real-life UCL matchups. Currently, four matchups are featured
Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich
Paris vs Liverpool
Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid
Sporting Club vs Arsenal
Completing these matches gives additional tokens and contributes to other reward systems.
Within this section, there is also the Duel Evolution feature. Each matchup includes three players from each team, meaning multiple 115 OVR live cards are available. These cards cost 4500 tokens each and can receive upgrades based on real-life performances. The maximum upgrade is +2 OVR, meaning they can go up to 117 OVR, making them valuable long-term investments.
There are also Weekly Duel Rewards, which are milestone-based
After 8 completions - 100 Gems
After 12 completions - 400 Tokens
After 20 completions - 3 Draft Vouchers
This encourages consistent daily play.
Another important section is Theme Challenges, where players complete additional matches based on UCL scenarios. These matches reward both tokens and progress points. These points can then be used in the Theme Challenge Rewards section, where each reward costs 30 points. There are 6 rewards in total, meaning around 180 progress points are needed to unlock everything.
In Chapter 2, the focus shifts to historical moments. Right now, only one slot is available featuring Roy Makaay and his iconic UCL performances. This section includes 4 matches, and completing them gives tokens, along with an additional 100 tokens for finishing the full set. There are a total of 4 slots in this chapter, and the remaining three will unlock weekly over the next few weeks.
As expected, a brand-new UCL Draft is also part of the event. The draft follows the same multi-pool structure seen in recent events, with high OVR cards available mainly in the top pools. Week 1 already includes some strong players, and the draft will likely refresh in the coming weeks with new additions while keeping progression intact. Draft Vouchers will once again be the key resource for targeting top-tier cards.
The event also includes UCL Exchanges, allowing players to use Phase 2 Tokens to claim specific players if they prefer a more direct method instead of relying on draft luck.
Finally, a new Star Pass has been added. The premium (paid) version features a 115 OVR Miroslav Klose as the main reward, and this card comes fully ranked, making it a strong addition for many squads.
Overall, UCL Dreamchaser is a content-heavy event with multiple ways to progress - whether through matches, live upgrade cards, milestone rewards, or drafts. With a guaranteed 116 OVR reward, evolving players based on real matches, and a 4-week structure, this event is set to be the main focus in FC Mobile for the coming weeks.
