Honorable Mentions Now Live in TOTY
Team of the Year is now entering its final stage in FC Mobile. After progressing through the Nominees phase and then the highly anticipated UTOTY chapter, Week 6 officially introduces the Honorable Mentions chapter. This update marks the closing stretch of the TOTY campaign and brings fresh content for players to grind over the coming days.
A brand-new Honorable Mentions chapter has been added in the event menu, positioned right after the UTOTY section. This chapter focuses entirely on players who narrowly missed out on the main TOTY and UTOTY squads but still delivered standout performances over the year.
At first, three matches are available inside the Honorable Mentions Tour. Completing these matches grants useful rewards, including 1 FC Draft Voucher. Alongside that, players can earn a total of 1000 Gems by finishing the currently available content. The match difficulty remains in line with previous TOTY chapters, so most active players should be able to complete them without major issues.
Two additional match slots are currently locked. Based on the visible timers, the next round of matches is expected to unlock in three days, followed by the final round seven days later. This staggered structure suggests that EA is stretching the Honorable Mentions content across the full final week to keep players engaged. Each upcoming round will likely include more matches and additional rewards, similar to the first set.
The biggest highlight of this chapter is the milestone reward. After completing all three rounds of the Honorable Mentions Tour, players will unlock a free 114 OVR Honorable Mentions player choice. The two available options are Marc Cucurella and Marc Guéhi. Once you reach the milestone, you can select one of them for free. This makes the chapter especially valuable for players looking to add a good defender to their squad without spending extra resources.
In addition to the chapter matches, the Honorable Mentions Draft is now live. This draft mode replaces last week’s Icon Draft but keeps the same progression count. If you already used Draft Vouchers previously, your draft counter remains unchanged. Only the player pool has been updated, meaning you now have access to Honorable Mentions-themed players instead of Icons.
The Exchange section has also been updated to include Honorable Mentions cards. The structure remains consistent with recent event exchanges
