Future Stars Draft Is Live
EA Sports FC Mobile has rolled out a brand-new Future Stars Draft with today’s Thursday UTC content update. Alongside this, a new Future Stars side event has gone live in-game, running for two weeks (14 days). The event celebrates the next generation of footballers - young prospects who are already making waves and are expected to shape the future of the sport. As a result, the Draft becomes the centerpiece of the event, offering access to high-OVR prospects and one standout Icon.
As with most recent side events, Draft plays a key role here, and the Future Stars Draft is now available for all users to jump into.
Future Stars Draft Overview
The Future Stars Draft follows the same universal Draft format seen in recent events. There is no new Draft currency introduced for this promo. Instead, the Draft uses the existing FC Draft Voucher, making it easy for players who have been saving vouchers to participate immediately.
The Draft is live alongside other ongoing Drafts and is fully integrated into the current Draft ecosystem, giving users flexibility in how and where they spend their vouchers.
How to Access the Draft
Players can access the Future Stars Draft directly from the Home Screen, where it is featured prominently. Alternatively, entering the Future Stars event and navigating to the Featured chapter will also redirect users straight into the Draft.

Both methods lead to the same Draft pool and reward structure.
Future Stars A and Weekly Rotation
This week’s Draft is labeled Future Stars A, confirming that the event is split into two distinct Draft phases. The current Draft pool will remain active only for this week.
When the weekly reset hits next Thursday, EA will roll out Future Stars B, refreshing the Draft pools with a new batch of players. This rotation adds a layer of decision-making, as users must decide whether to spend Draft Vouchers now or wait for the next set of prospects.
This approach mirrors EA’s recent Draft strategy, where patience and timing can be just as important as luck.
Draft Pools and Card Breakdown
The maximum OVR in the Future Stars Draft is 117, keeping it in line with the current top-end power curve introduced during TOTY.
Pool A is where the biggest attention lies. It features a combination of elite Future Stars prospects and a single Icon. The headline name this week is Cesc Fàbregas, who appears as the only Icon in Pool A. His inclusion adds a strong mix of experience and quality alongside the young stars.

Joining him are some of the most exciting Future Stars cards available, including 117 OVR Nico Paz and 117 OVR Estêvão, both highly rated for their potential and in-game performance. Pool A also includes 116 OVR options such as Huijsen, Afonso Moreira, and Karl, offering depth and variety for different squad needs.

Pool B consists of 113 to 115 OVR Future Stars players, providing solid upgrades that remain competitive across most modes. Pool C rounds out the Draft with 108 to 112 OVR mixed-version cards, similar to other Draft formats, helping balance the overall probability structure.

All probabilities are clearly displayed in-game and can be checked via the More Info section inside the Draft.
Future Stars Box Teased
An interesting detail appears in the Featured chapter of the Future Stars event, where EA has mentioned that the Future Stars Box is “to be continued.” This strongly suggests that a premium Box will be added later during the event, similar to the Icon-focused Boxes seen in recent promos.

If this follows the usual pattern, players can expect a top-tier Icon card to be exclusive to the Box, alongside high-value resources. More details are likely to be revealed closer to the Box’s release.
Future Stars in Scouting Camp
Another important addition is the confirmation that Future Stars cards will be available in the Scouting Camp starting February 26th.
From that date, users will be able to select the Future Stars event squad inside Scouting Camp and test these cards in H2H Scouting Camp matches. This gives players a valuable opportunity to experience the gameplay feel, movement, and overall effectiveness of Future Stars cards before committing Draft Vouchers or resources.
For many users, this hands-on testing plays a key role in deciding which cards are worth chasing.
Final Thoughts
The Future Stars Draft integrates smoothly into FC Mobile’s evolving Draft system. By sticking with the existing FC Draft Voucher and introducing weekly pool rotations, EA has kept the structure simple while still delivering fresh content.
With 117 OVR cards, a mix of Icons and elite young talents, an upcoming premium Box, and Scouting Camp access arriving on February 26th, the Future Stars event offers plenty of depth despite being a short two-week side event.
