FC Pro Mobile 2026 Officially Announced
EA officially enters a brand new era for FC Mobile esports
EA SPORTS has officially revealed FC Pro Mobile 2026, a brand new global competitive ecosystem for FC Mobile players, and this is easily one of the biggest announcements in the history of the game. For the very first time, FC Mobile players from around the world will get a fully structured official esports pathway where they can compete through online qualifiers, regional leagues, playoffs and even fight for a place in the FC Pro Mobile World Championship.

The announcement was recently made through EA SPORTS FC Mobile’s official channels where they confirmed that FC Pro Mobile will officially begin in 2026 and will feature multiple qualification systems across different regions. Unlike previous community tournaments or smaller regional competitions, this system is being designed as a complete year-long global esports ecosystem.
According to EA, FC Pro Mobile is built around online qualification, regional competition and international live events, creating a clear competitive path for players who want to prove themselves on the biggest stage. The entire season will mainly revolve around two major international tournaments - the FC Pro Mobile Mid-Season Playoffs and the FC Pro Mobile World Championship 2026.
Multiple qualification routes available for players worldwide
One of the most exciting things about this announcement is that EA is making the qualification system much broader and more accessible globally. Players will not only be able to qualify through Global Online Qualifiers, but also through regional systems like SEA League Qualifiers, MEA Qualifiers, Publisher League Qualifiers and official Partner League Competitions.

The first major route begins with the FC Pro Mobile Global Qualifiers. These qualifiers will be played online through the official Battlefy tournament platform. However, players must first meet an important eligibility requirement - they need to reach at least FC Champion rank in Head to Head mode inside the game to participate.
Global Qualifier #1 will start with a Ladder Phase scheduled from June 11 to June 14, 2026. During this phase, competitors will begin unranked and play a series of Best-of-1 matches where their overall performance will determine qualification for the next stage. After that, the Playoffs Phase will take place on June 20 and June 21.
The playoffs themselves will feature two different competitive formats. Day 1 will follow the Swiss format competition system, while Day 2 will use a Double Elimination bracket. From this first Global Qualifier alone, 13 players will secure qualification spots for the FC Pro Mobile Mid-Season Playoffs.
EA also confirmed that Global Qualifier #2 will arrive later during August 2026. Unlike the first qualifier, this one will provide players with a direct path to the FC Pro Mobile World Championship, making it even more competitive and high stakes.
SEA, MEA and publisher qualification systems explained
Apart from the open global route, EA is also introducing strong regional qualification systems. One of the most notable is the SEA League which will cover Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Through this league, players from the SEA region will have their own dedicated route into the global esports ecosystem while still remaining fully connected to the overall FC Pro Mobile competitive structure.
Another major regional system is the MEA Qualifier route which will include countries from the Middle East and Africa. Countries mentioned by EA include Bahrain, Georgia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria and South Africa. More detailed information regarding the MEA competitive structure will be revealed later according to EA.

Publisher League Qualifiers are also being introduced for regions where FC Mobile is officially published by local companies. In China the qualification system will be managed by Tencent Holding Ltd., in Korea by Nexon Korea Corporation and in Vietnam by Garena Online Private Ltd. Each publisher will operate its own domestic qualification formats and schedules, with players earning qualification spots into both the Mid-Season Playoffs and World Championship pathways.
Additionally, EA confirmed that Partner League Competitions will also become another qualification opportunity. These events will vary depending on the region and official league partners involved. Formats and eligibility rules for these competitions will be handled locally, and more announcements regarding these partner events are expected in the future.
Mid-Season Playoffs and World Championship details
The FC Pro Mobile Mid-Season Playoffs will be the first major international LAN event of the season and will feature a total prize pool of $100,000 USD. Overall 24 players will qualify for this tournament through multiple qualification systems including Global Qualifier #1, SEA League #1, MEA Qualifier #1, Publisher League #1 and official partner qualification routes.

The importance of the Mid-Season Playoffs is massive because the top 8 players from this tournament will directly qualify for the FC Pro Mobile World Championship 2026. This means every single match at the playoffs stage will be extremely important for competitors aiming to reach the biggest event of the year.
Finally, the season will conclude with the FC Pro Mobile World Championship 2026 where the best players from every qualification route will come together to fight for the title of becoming the first ever FC Pro Mobile World Champion. EA confirmed that a total of 32 players will qualify for the World Championship through Global Qualifier #2, SEA League #2, MEA Qualifier #2, Publisher League #2, Partner League routes and Mid-Season Playoffs qualification spots.
Official roadmap and registration timeline
EA also shared a rough roadmap for the season. Registration for the competition ecosystem will open from May 12, 2026. Global Qualifier #1 will take place during June, the Mid-Season Playoffs during July, Global Qualifier #2 during August and finally the World Championship is expected to happen in October 2026.
Players who want to participate can register through the official FC Pro Mobile website and Battlefy tournament platform once registrations officially begin. EA has already encouraged players to build their squads, prepare for online qualifiers and start their journey toward the global stage.
Final thoughts
Overall, FC Pro Mobile 2026 feels like a massive turning point for the game. Competitive FC Mobile has existed in different forms before, but this is the first time EA is creating a complete worldwide esports ecosystem with proper qualification routes, regional leagues, LAN events and a true world championship structure. For competitive players this could become a huge opportunity to step into professional mobile esports, while for the overall FC Mobile community it signals a much bigger future for the game’s competitive scene.
